Information about advertising on the SHAS website

1. The cost of each advertisement is $50.
2. If you wish to advertise on the SHAS website, please complete and submit this form to us.
3. An advertisement invoice will be issued upon upload of advertisement(s) to SHAS website. Please make all cheques payable to Speech-Language and Hearing Association Singapore. For further details and enquiries, please contact us at publications@shas.org.sg

Disclaimer

1. In consideration of publication of an advertisement, the advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SHAS and its officers, against expenses (including legal fees) and losses resulting from the publication of the contents of the advertisement, including, without limitation, claims or suits for libel, violation of privacy, copyright infringement, or plagiarism.
2. SHAS shall not be liable for any failure to publish any advertisement accepted by SHAS; however, SHAS shall use its reasonable efforts to place such an advertisement in subsequent available space and to honor all agreements entered into and agreed upon.
3. In the event of nonpayment, SHAS reserves the right to hold the advertiser and/or its advertising agency jointly and severally liable for such monies as are due and payable to SHAS.
4. SHAS will not be bound by any condition, printed or otherwise, appearing on advertisers’ websites or content.
5. SHAS is not responsible for incidental or consequential technical errors in displaying an ad.
6. SHAS may change the terms set forth herein at any time.
