You will be responsible for the assessment and management of clients with various speech, language, voice fluency and swallowing disorders. You will perform caregiver training and informational counseling to patients and their families. You may also be required to perform clinical supervision for student-clinicians, and should be prepared to be deployed for home sessions or at other facilities from time to time.
You need to be independent, motivated, and be able to manage your own time well. Providing top-grade service to our clients is our priority, so you need to be service-oriented.

Job Scope:
1. Plan and conduct individual assessment and therapy sessions
2. Provide therapy at clients’ homes or be deployed at other facilities as a locum representing us
3. Provide therapy in our clinic based in Joo Chiat
4. Provide caregiver & family training
5. Communicate with other professionals such as referring doctors
6. Provide in-service and workshops to professional groups and organizations
Requirements:
1. Recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
2. Membership with Speech-Language & Hearing Association Singapore
3. Be familiar with neuro-rehabilitation principles
4. Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
5. Be customer focused and service oriented
6. Competency in basic IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
7. Clinical experience in dysphagia (certified VitalStim practitioners) and voice will be an added advantage
